We’re starting to enter the second half of fall, which I’m not nearly as much a fan of as early fall. The one bright side of colder, gloomier, shorter days, though? They signal soup season!
Guys. HOW have I gone my entire life without knowing how simple it is to make a delicious homemade applesauce?
When I saw that a rather large bunch of apples in our kitchen hadn’t been touched and were about to go a soft, I knew I had to act fast so they wouldn’t go to waste. Applesauce is something I’ve wanted to try to make for awhile now, but have always gotten a little intimidated, thinking it *has* to be harder than it sounds.
Uh, wrong. It’s so easy! After a bit of research, here’s how I decided to make my no-sugar-added cinnamon applesauce.
By now, you’ve been waiting way too long to read the conclusion to the first part of this blog. I’ve spent a lot of time since the previous entry really thinking about the last six I wanted to include to round out this series and think I’ve selected quite a few gems that will please even the most seasoned horror fan.
So let’s talk shlock (again)!
If you’ve read my original post about how to get into podcasts, you may have been anxiously awaiting a follow up post where I give you all some recommendations on where to start. Given that Halloween is in the air and, as luck would have it, I have three very solid podcasts that fit in the horror genre , I’ll be spending the next few entries of this series reviewing them until Halloween. So grab you headphones, turn down the lights, and get ready to listen.
