I love a good cocktail any time of the year, but often fall back on the same old favorites. Many of my go-tos are very summery in ingredients and in flavor, so I’m not only looking to shake up my cocktail routine in general, lately I’m scouring Pinterest for all of the autumn-inspired recipes.

It’s no secret that, when given the option, I’ll choose chai over coffee 99% of the time. That’s why I find it odd that, up until now, I’ve spent so much time at home playing around with coffee concoctions, but have never attempted making my own chai spice from scratch, especially when it is so simple to do.
The first time Jeremy mentioned grabbing a kombucha on his lunch break, I had to ask him several times to repeat the word before he could proceed in telling me how delightful it was.
